For my sketch, I immediately thought of a horror route for most of the prompts, but I realized I couldn’t achieve this to the full effect, so I didn’t use that idea. After, I thought about how I could interpret the prompts, and I thought of my idea. I was still thinking about an ominous mood with feeling uncomfortable and needing to get out, but seeing the light at the end. The picture was a bit hard to take because everyone is moving and I had to get the right consistency of people and also focus on the trees in background. I couldn’t get the sky in the background to be blue, but because it was white, it made it look more ethereal. It was easy to edit it, but taking it while everyone was moving was a bit difficult, but it added to the chaos. Taking the actual picture was easy. I just zoomed in and focused on the background to lower the exposure.

Camera Work Techniques
Pan: This one was pretty simple and this only took a few tries. I just moved the camera from left to right.
Tilt: This was simple as well; I just kept the phone in the same place and tilted it up to show the full building and background.
Handheld: I'm not sure if this looks like it is handheld because it doesn't seem raw or bumpy enough. I took many takes in different places but when i tried to unnaturally move the camera or stomp to make it look shaky, the camera started focusing in and out and it wouldn't give me a good shot. This is the best I could do, and filming people walking while moving adds to the realistic effect.
Boom Shot: I am very happy with how this turned out. I used the 0.5 zoom on the camera to stretch the setting and make the tree look longer. Overall I think the shot went pretty smooth.
Zoom: I like this one a lot. I tried to keep the camera in the same place while zooming so the lightbulb would stay in the same spot while getting larger in the shot.
Dolly Zoom: This one was tricky. I wasn't sure what subject to do but decided a non-moving object would probably be best. Even though this object moves, it wasn't any harder than normal to capture the shot, I even think it adds to the trippy effect. This was kinda hard to film though but it just took practice for it to come out looking right.
Tracking: I just filmed this while walking horizontally and keeping the camera still. I was going to change the direction of the camera to make it look like it was on a track, but that ended up looking like a whip pan, so I cut it out.
Dolly: I like this one as well. I think it looks like a POV shot because it is moving like a person would. I made the turns a bit twisty to show that the camera is freely moving.

⋆。°✩ Camera Shot Collage ✩⋆。°
The mid shot shows the subject from the torso up which is used when people are talking.
The long shot shows the subject’s full body.
The two shot shows two people in a shot usually from the torso up, talking or interacting.
Point of view show shows what it would look like through the characters eyes.
The close up shows the subject’s full face.
An extreme close up zooms in further on someone’s face to make viewers uncomfortable sometimes.
A high angle shows the subject from high up, making them look vulnerable.
The bird’s eye view shows the subject from directly above, usually used to show the setting.
Canted angle shows the camera tilted, usually showing that the character is unstable.
Over the shoulder shot shows a character having a conversation from over one person’s shoulder.
Low angle shows the camera from below the character, making them look powerful.
The assignment was to take pictures using various camera shot types and angles then arrange them titled in a collage. I used stuffed animals as subjects. I planned by setting up the subject and the background, which wasn't too hard. I chose a pretty basic background just using the walls of a room in my house. I chose to portray the straightforward definition for most of the shots without adding any extra detail so the subject was the main focus. I didn't really plan the shots because I knew I was just going to do the basic camera position. The process was simple. I didn't have a lot of trouble except the phone camera didn't achieve the correct effect sometimes, but I tried my best. I enjoyed doing the point-of-view shot the most because I think it looks the most accurate.
